In separate actions this week, the Los Angeles Harbor Fee and the Lengthy Seaside Harbor Fee every authorised allocating $12.5 million from their respective Clear Truck Funds for the plan. The Clear Truck Fund Charge is a key element of the ports’ efforts to transition to a zero-emissions truck fleet by 2035, as established by the Clear Air Motion Plan.
